Overview:
We are currently seeking a Distributor Recruiter to be based out of either Wisconsin or Illinois supporting our national network. The Distributor Recruiter oversees the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening and qualifying distributor applicants, as well as the sale of area development opportunities in line with company objectives.
Responsibilities:
As a Distributor Recruiter you will:
? Implement a sales process, building a strong pipeline to meet the company's sales/market opening objectives
? Source, screen, select, and recommend qualified applicants for targeted expansion locations
? Be a brand ambassador and engage interest in the development of VEA Centers and the brand
? Conduct Distributor Seminars on continuing basis nationwide to bring awareness of the benefits of becoming a PeoplePower, LLC distributor to local entrepreneurs
? Stay current with industry initiatives and legal developments pertaining to distributorships
? Maintain required records and documentation of sales process
? Work collaboratively with other Operations, Branch Office, Accounting, Customer Service and Legal as required
? Enhance prospect flow by networking in your markets, attending trade shows, etc.
Qualifications:
? 3 years successful outside sales experience, preferred in the distributor industry
? Bachelor's Degree. An undergraduate degree in business, marketing, management or related discipline is preferred
? Experience in distributor operations, sales, development and training a plus
? Solid understanding of distributor agreements and practices
? Proven ability to generate leads and qualify business partnerships
? Proven and documented track record of consistent quota achievement
? Travel as required to ensure strong relationships
? Major account experience; proven client engagement skills including relationship building, negotiating and closing
