TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
I have been retained by Lamar Peace and Peace and Wealth, LLC (the LLC) to assist in obtaining financing
for various real estate transactions. I will act as a fiduciary in transferring funds related to those
transactions via my trust account. The LLC is seeking funding from certain third party lenders. These
lenders require payment of certain fees, charges and costs, including appraisal and underwriting fees,
prior to assessing a project for funding. The LLC is seeking third party investors to fund these costs and
receive a rate of return from a portion of the profits at the closing of the transaction.
If you do provide funds for the payment of such fees, and enter into an agreement with the LLC for
repayment of any fees, advanced, along with interest. Mr. Peace has asked me to deposit such funds in
a trust account and forward them to the lenders on a project by project basis, and further deposit sums
as earnest money for the purchase, as required by sellers under an Offer to Purchase. Each deposit of
funds must be accompanied by a signed direction indicating the property involved and exact instructions
as to whom and were to send the funds.
In each transaction, my role will be to forward the deposited funds per the written instructions. I am
not affiliated with the lenders in any way. I have no control over the underwriting and approval of the
loans. As with any investment with the potential for gain, there are also risks of loss. I am acting as the
attorney for Peace and Wealth, LLC and/or Mr. Peace. I do not represent your interests or the interests
of any potential investor or lender. If you do not understand the legal, financial or other terms of your
agreement with the LLC and/or Mr. Peace, you should consult your own attorney, accountant, tax
professional or other professional advisor regarding your concerns.
AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE FUNDS

PEACE AND WEALTH, LLC for the purpose of attempting to obtain financing for the purchase of real

Upon closing of the property, the funds will be returned to the Depositor. In addition to the return of an
amount equal to the deposited funds, Depositor shall receive_____% simple interest at the time of
closing.
In the event the property is not purchased within _____ days of the execution of this agreement, PEACE
AND WEALTH, LLC shall return an amount equal to the deposited funds.
It is expressly understood that Michael F. Crowley is an attorney representing the interests of PEACE
AND WEALTH, LLC and/or Lamar Peace, and not representing the interests of the Depositor. Depositor
is strongly urged to consult their own attorney and/or financial or other advisor regarding the terms and
legal and financial effect of this agreement.
