The Building Wide Systems Integration strategy nto three main integration levels: Level 1 integrates HVAC systems or multiple standalone Security & Fire Systems; Level 2 adds additional building subsystems such lighting and power control; and Level 3 involves multiple systems beyond traditional building systems converged into a single network to exchange data and implement actions. This role will act as the Partner Program Manager for the Johnson Control’s Alliance Partner Program to drive secured revenue growth and expand margins.Our go-to-market integration strategy is to leverage our Alliance Network Partners to increase account & relationship access, IT credibility and significantly grow our scope of work & client value within the following BE offerings:1. Technology Contracting: bundled IT solutions, positioned upfront in the design stage of new construction or major retrofit work.2. Performance Contracting: inclusion of advanced technology solutions into energy savings performance contracts to differentiate Johnson Controls, positively affect the project’s financials and improve operational building performance.3. Major Project Physical Security: complex security solutions that address public safety needs and enhance operational efficiencies.4. Energy & Enterprise Management: the integration of disparate building systems with enterprise solutions to normalize data, perform data analytics and display information in easy-to-understand dashboard format.5. Standalone Solutions: IT solutions that address specific client or vertical market needs.PRINCIPAL DUTIES: 1. Sales Support: The Partner Program Manager will leverage our Alliance Network Partners Program to support the Target Account Selling Program. This role will participate on major Target Account Selling efforts to ensure that the technical, financial and relationship value that our Partner Program can bring to the table are maximized for specific opportunities. The Partner Program Manager is responsible to leverage our partner relationships within the industry and with specific customers to support the sales strategy for major projects. The Partner Program Manager is also responsible to ensure that the regional teams receive the most favorable pricing available from our Partners on each project to ensure our success.2. Program Management: The Partner Program Manager is responsible to work with each individual partner to ensure that our teams are knowledgeable about our Partners’ offerings and capabilities. In addition, this role will coordinate with each Partner to identify new opportunities to integrate the Partner’s portfolio of products and services into our Building Wide Systems Integration strategy as a primary growth strategy for both Johnson Controls and our Partners. To achieve the program’s goals, this role will coordinate with Sales and Marketing on behalf of our Partners to develop programs to increase partnership awareness, highlight mutual wins and encourage sales engagements.3. Risk Management: The Partner Program Manager will take the lead when potential new Partners/products are brought to the Building Wide Systems Integration team for review and vetting. This role will coordinate the new partner review process including technical review, financial review, and supplier agreement negotiation from beginning to end in partnership with both Global Procurement and Legal.4. Partner Program Success Measurement: This role is responsible to create and manage a process to measure and document the value provided to Johnson Controls by each Alliance Partner on a quarterly basis. The program goals will be established by the VP of Building Wide Systems Integration. The routine measurement process and documentation is the sole responsibility of the Partner Program Manager in coordination with the Alliance Partner network.5. Program Management Office: This role is a key member of the Building Wide Systems Integration Program Management Team and will participate on special projects designed to support the overall business as follows: provide training and support to the regional teams; grow the Building Wide Systems Integration secured business; enhance/expand our Alliance Partnership Program to new products & services or new geographies.6. Ethics & Communications: As the Partner Program Manager for Johnson Controls, this role ensures that our Alliance Partners are adhering to our mutual business objectives, agreed contract terms, protection of brand and intellectual property, and strict adherence to the Johnson Controls Ethics Policy.7. Coordination with the Global Network Alliances: This role will develop and deploy the NA Network Partners Playbook in partnership with the Global Network Alliances.8. Industry Engagement: This role will participate in Network Partner National sales meetings and trade shows to increase partnership awareness and sales engagements.9. PDE Program Support: This role will support the BWSI PDE Program Manager with Network Partners' Certification requirements and Regional compliances.Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Information Systems/Technology or equivalent experience. MBA highly desirable.Minimum of twelve years of experience in Building Systems, Information Technologies, Solutions Integration, Networks/Communications, Software, Services and/or Consulting.Excellent oral and written communication skills, administrative and management skills, the ability to work effectively as a team member and leader in a matrixes, high paced, continuously changing, results - oriented environment is required.
