Position: Field Research -- Local Market Driver
Reports to: Field Research Manager - Local Market
Location: Milwaukee/Madison, WI
Full-Time: 40 hr/week
Salary: $24,000/year + Benefits and Equipment
Position Summary:
Researches and collects commercial real estate data for the local metro market according to defined company standards and goals. Inputs collected data into CDX software database and performs routine audits of database integrity. Digitally photographs commercial properties for download into CDX system.
Education/Qualifications:
? Requires a valid driver's license and proof of mandated state automobile insurance.
? Ability to read and follow a standard city/street map.
? Ability to stand or walk for long period of time.
? Ability to drive in high pressure traffic.
? Accurate keyboarding skills and minimum 35 wpm typing speed.
? Customer service and professional telephone skills.
? Must be self-directed, with ability to plan daily, weekly tasks with minimal supervision.
? High school diploma or equivalent.
? MS Excel spreadsheet skills highly preferred.
Performance Duties:
? Collects For Sale and For Lease listing information on all available properties in the local metro market.
? Extracts information from data source and inputs into the CDX system.
? Drives selected portions of the market to audit and verify property information in the CDX.
? Digitally photographs commercial properties and edits photos for download into the CDX.
? Inputs collected data into CDX software database.
? Collects and extracts information from third party data sources in order to enhance property information in the CDX.
? Performs routine audits to validate commercial property information and ensure consistency of data records in the CDX.
? Drives and photographs properties that have recently sold for the Site TraX team.
? Inputs collected data into the VSC software database (sales comparables).
? Performs other duties as assigned.

? Requires travel to cover remote metro markets as needed.
? Requires the ability to work extended and weekend hours as needed.
