Intellectual Property Docketing Specialist The candidate responsibilities will include to, analyzing foreign and domestic correspondence, updating and maintaining records on patent and trademark docketing software under strict guidelines, integrating new client intake files and creating client reports. A paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree is preferred. 3+ years of Intellectual Property experience in both patents and trademarks is required. Should have experience in a fast paced, detailed-oriented environment and team atmosphere. A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications is a must.
