Plan and execute strategic and tactical plans to achieve the sales in line with corporate objectives2. Guide, coach and assist Regional Sales Managers with distributor relationships from the branch level all the way down to equipment, high tech and merchandise sales teams.3. Develop new business relationships within their region to aide in annual sales growth objectives.4. Establish and set both RSM and distributor sales quotas and effective marketing strategies to help revenue generation5. Maintain and expand product brand recognition within their region.6. Establish monthly reviews with RSM’s to track distributor performance by the use of KPI’s and establish action plans as required to drive the required performance.Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Expected to meet or exceed assigned revenue and target metric objectives within the assigned region.2. Prepare accurate and timely sales reports3. Work with appropriate parties to identify and implement new opportunities within major distributor accounts.4. Protect and increase a profitable revenue stream within current accounts. Ensure all accounts have had a touch” every 90 days. Seek out expansion opportunities to further penetrate account both high and wide.5. Maintain a commitment to the company’s sales processes, values and business code of ethics.6. Assist in resolving any ongoing support issues with the customer as appropriate and requested.Qualifications:1. Requires knowledge typically gained through the attainment of a four-year degree.2. Requires 5 - 10 years’ experience in the areas of technology solutions sales and consulting.3. Experience selling complex solutions and services.4. Self-motivated and competitive with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.5. Experience calling on Major Accounts and National Accounts selling complex solutions.6. Experienced negotiator, self-motivated, strong organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills.7. Strong communication skills (verbal, written, public speaking, teaching)8. Reasonable knowledge of the dental profession and dental business9. Basic science and physics knowledge10. Must be able to prepare and deliver product presentations to dental professionals, distributors and corporate executives.11. All candidates must have a valid drivers license or the ability to obtain one within the first two months of employment.12.
