Title: Sales Manager NAPALocation: US-WI-MilwaukeeOther Locations:Primary Purpose:Reporting to the Director Wholesale AutoParts, manages the customer account to both the customer and Johnson Controls defined goals and objectivesPrimary Duties:* Assist Johnson Controls and customer teams to develop, launch and execute specific strategies and programs to drive growth and profitability. * Partner with internal departments with product planning for the customer * Reviews and analyzes cost, volume and pricing relationships to assure attainment of return on investment goals. * Reviews and analyzes the cost effect of major changes in operations, equipment and process as it relates to customer satisfaction and sales. * Recommends actions to increase profitability . * Communicate closely with Demand Planning/Production Control regarding forecasts, seasonal orders, and line changes to optimize Fill-rate performance. * Utilizes Category Management resources and data to develop and implement programs/strategies to drive unit volume and maximize customer and Johnson Controls margin. * Develop concepts and organize Johnson Controls support/presentations required for meetings. * Develop strong working relationships with customer Merchandising team, Marketing team, and other critical customer functions/departments * Provide periodic reporting updates to Johnson Controls management on status of customer initiatives. * Track/evaluate warranty costs and implement a plan to assist customer in warranty control efforts.* Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years sales and /or customer service experience, MBA a plus. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Extremely detail orientated * Strong Presentation Skills * Strong Problem Solving Skills * 10 – 25% travel Positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail. * Previous experience in the battery industry or automotive aftermarket a plus.
