Hey there! So, my current roommate will be moving out at the end of July. I am hopping find someone to share my apartment with me beginning August 1st. I love my apartment. It is a two bedroom, one bath, 2nd floor unit in a building. The living room is very spacious and has bay windows that have some lake views. The kitchen is a bit small but there is a dining area. Your half of the rent would be $497.50 and heat is included! As for utilities, we only have to pay for electricity which averages around $32 total a month. My roommate and I pay for a very basic cable plan and wifi ($32 a person). In all, you're looking at around $545 a month. Smoking is not allowed in the building. The neighborhood is awesome! It's right accross the street from a cute little park (Burns Commons) and there is a bike trail and pathway that take you string down to Lincoln memorial drive and lake front! The bus route 30 is right on the corner which is a straight shot to UWM if you're a student. If you like going out to bars and what not, UBER is almost always available and everything is within 2 miles or less so it's not too pricey to get around if you don't feel like driving! As for myself, I am 22 and I work full time and go to UWM part time. I am very social and easy going. I like having friends over occasionally and going out on weekends, but I don't do much partying during the week (or ever it seems haha); however, I don't mind if you do. I am very active and I enjoy going to the gym. I'm also into music, art, and cooking- I love doing a little of everything. If you would like to know anything else, don't hesitate to ask!!
